Scope: These terms apply to physical products (such as apparel and merchandise) purchased through our online shops. They do not apply to event entries, race registrations or items included with event entries (such as race bibs, timing chips or finisher awards). Event entries are subject to separate conditions of entry displayed on the event website and/or during the registration process.


1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from Kinevora Pty Ltd T/A Those Guys Events (“Those Guys Events”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By placing an order through any of our online shops you agree to these Terms.

We operate multiple event brands (including SEQ Trail Running Series and The Guzzler Ultra) and these Terms apply across all of them.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example due to stock unavailability, payment issues or errors in product information).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
  • If we need to cancel an accepted order we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Product Information

  • We make every effort to ensure product images, colours and sizing information are accurate. Slight variations may occur between what is displayed on screen and the actual product due to differences in monitors and screens.
  • Sizes and availability are limited. Some products are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Payment must be received in full at the time of order.
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • If we discover a pricing or product information error that affects your order we will contact you before processing. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia only. International orders are not accepted at this time.
  • Orders are fulfilled by our third-party logistics partner and dispatched within 7 business days of payment.
  • Delivery times vary by location. All timeframes provided are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or other factors outside our reasonable control.
  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address you have provided. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major failure — for example it is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or not fit for its normal purpose — you are entitled to a replacement or refund of your choice. For minor failures we may choose to repair, replace or refund the product.

These rights apply regardless of whether the product was purchased at full price or on sale.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery via the Contact page on the relevant event website. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of mind

We are not obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a product for a different size or style, contact us within 30 days of delivery via the Contact page. We may offer an exchange or store credit provided:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • You provide proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

How to return a product

  1. Contact us via the Contact page on the website where you placed your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if applicable.
  2. We will confirm whether a return is accepted and provide instructions.
  3. Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned product.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned under section 6 above.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including logos, images, graphics and product designs, is the property of Those Guys Events or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our materials without written permission.

9. Privacy

  • We collect personal information (such as your name, address and email) for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (for example our shipping and payment providers).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (and subject to your rights under the ACL), our liability in connection with any product purchased through our online shops is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party carrier delays, incorrect addresses you have provided or events outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect when published and apply to orders placed after that date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
